The final price will be $11 per pound hanging weight (minus your reservation deposit), which includes butchering fees and packaging. The balance will be due upon pick-up or drop-off. Whole and Half lamb packages include the following cuts: stew/ground, rib chops, sirloin chops, loin chops, shoulder steaks/roasts, neck roast/neck slices, arm roast, leg of lamb/leg steaks, and rack of ribs. Our Katahdin and Katahdin/Dorper cross sheep are pasture-raised with no vaccinations, antibiotics or grain.

Lambs will be processed and packaged at a local facility under Virginia's state exemption. Birds are processed on-farm under Virginia's state exemption, packaged whole, and freezer ready.
